We usually rent out a property within 2 weeks and 75% of our tenants stay in a property longer than a year.

FREE ASSESSMENT Our lettings Department is available 7 days a week to call on your property and give a free rental assessment.

 

LISTING YOUR PROPERTY We include your property in our listing and information guide. Your property details are inputted into our computer system and matched with the most suitable tenants available.

 

MARKETING YOUR PROPERTY All properties are listed on the JW web site. We have excellent packages with the major Property search engines and our distinctive ' To Let' boards are available to use.

 

VIEWINGS All viewings are accompanied by one of the Partners and we offer viewing times for tenants 7 days a week. All key feedback will be quickly conveyed back to you.As part of our service we secure employers and previous landlord references from suitable tenants.

 

TRANSFER OF UTILITIES We take meter readings for Gas, Electricity and Water and together with Council Tax we transfer the accounts into the new tenants name.

 

THE FINANCES Tenants pay one months rent and one months security deposit (Can be higher if landlord wishes) on signing of the lease.After the deduction of fees and outlays we send you a balancing statement. Depending on level of service chosen we then arrange a Standing Order with the tenants and ALWAYS pay the landlord within 7 days of receiving rent from the tenant

 

RENEWAL OF LEASE Most of our landlords take advantage of our renewal sevice.

 

INVENTORIES & INSPECTIONS Before the tenant checks into the proprerty we will undertake a comprehensive inventory and list the contents and file for future record. Once the tenant is about to vacate we will do another inventory and deduct the cost of any missintg contents from the tenants deposit before returning. PLEASE NOTE Unlike most other agencies JW does not charge extra for this service.

A property inspection is also carried out every 3 months and any feedback is conveyeved to you.
